Hello everyone,

My name is Caitlyn Alven, but you can call me Cait. I am from North Wales, PA, its a suburb of Philadelphia. I am a sophomore and a history major. I used to play on a travel softball team, on which I was a catcher and third basemen. I love watching baseball, my favorite team is the Philadelphia Phillies. I love to read nonfiction historical books. Some of my favorites is The Other Boleyn Girl and The Queen's Fool. The books that I tend to read revolve around the Elizabethan era. I am currently reading The Six Wives of Henry VIII. It goes in depth about the lives of King Henry's wives. It is a very interesting read and I high recommend it. In regards to music, I pretty much listen to anything. I do prefer rock n roll music such as ACDC and Queen. I love to watch movies. My absolute favorite is Sherlock Holmes. I do like the Hangover, the King's Speech and Singing in the Rain. My favorite TV show is Glee; yes...I'm a Gleek. : )
